We believe that the organizations solving the nation's biggest problems should have the best branding. At Creativio, your mission is our muse.
For too long, world-class design and high-level brand strategy have been treated as luxuries reserved for the corporate elite. Meanwhile, the organizations doing the most vital work in our communities—feeding families, protecting the environment, and advocating for justice—are often left to tell their stories with limited resources.

RafiQ Flowers
Founder & Executive Creative Director
For over two decades, RafiQ Flowers operated at the intersection of high-stakes corporate branding and grassroots social impact. His career path was forged in the fast-paced environments of elite design agencies and global corporate offices, where he mastered the art of visual storytelling and brand strategy. Yet, while he was building identities for industry giants, his heart was consistently found in his "after-hours" work: providing pro-bono creative services to local nonprofits.
Through years of volunteering, RafiQ witnessed a recurring, heartbreaking pattern. Small nonprofits—those doing the most vital work in our communities—were often held back by a "branding gap." They had the mission and the passion, but lacked the professional design assets needed to compete for funding and visibility in a crowded digital landscape.
RafiQ realized that high-level creative strategy shouldn't be a luxury reserved for the Fortune 500. This realization was the spark for Creativio.
Driven by the belief that a compelling brand is a catalyst for social change, RafiQ stepped away from the traditional agency world to build a dedicated home for non-profit storytelling. Understanding that a vision this ambitious required a rock-solid operational foundation, he tapped his longtime friend and trusted collaborator, Jerome Larez, to serve as Executive Director. Together, they are bridging the gap between world-class design and community-driven impact.

Jerome Larez
Founding Board Member & Executive Director
If RafiQ Flowers is the heartbeat of Creativio’s vision, Jerome Larez is the engine that keeps it moving forward. As Executive Director, Jerome brings a sophisticated operational lens to the agency, ensuring that high-level creative concepts are translated into sustainable, real-world impact for the non-profits they serve.
Jerome’s professional journey is defined by a rare ability to navigate both the analytical and the human sides of leadership. Throughout his career, he has specialized in organizational scaling, strategic partnerships, and resource management. When RafiQ approached him with the concept for Creativio, Jerome saw more than just a design agency; he saw an opportunity to build a new model of social enterprise—one where operational excellence serves as the bedrock for creative advocacy.
Known for his calm demeanor and "people-first" leadership style, Jerome is responsible for the agency’s day-to-day vitality. From managing donor relations to optimizing project workflows, he ensures that Creativio remains agile, efficient, and deeply connected to the needs of the community. His partnership with RafiQ is built on decades of mutual respect and a shared conviction: that the world’s most important missions deserve the world’s best support systems.
Things We Do
Brand Strategy
It begins by clearly articulating the mission, vision, and core values, identifying the target audience and crafting a compelling brand story that highlights their impact through personal, emotional narratives.
Brand Refresh
The process is typically initiated when a nonprofit has experienced significant growth, programmatic shifts, changes in the target audience, or when their current visual or verbal presentation feels outdated, or fails to differentiate them in a crowded sector.
Experiential Design
We intentionally design every touchpoint—from the organization of a volunteer training session or the layout of an annual gala to the user flow of a donation page and the emotional tone of a social media campaign—to reinforce the brand's mission and values.
Social Outreach
Social outreach, particularly for small nonprofits, is the strategic process of utilizing various digital and physical platforms to connect directly with target communities, raise awareness of critical issues, and mobilize collective action.
Campaign Design
The objective might range from fundraising a specific amount for a new program and recruiting a target number of volunteers to driving policy change or shifting public perception on a social issue.
Nonprofit Management
The core function is to strategically deploy limited resources—including staff, volunteers, and funds—to fulfill a stated mission, vision, and values, while adhering to strict legal and ethical standards of accountability and transparency.
